Just ok

Nice hotel and pool but no view from anywhere In the hotel and no wifi in side the rooms. You have to go out by the pool for wifi. Also no restaurants inside the hotel.

Relaxing spa setting.

The rooms need A/C hot and humid. The Showers need better shower heads, ours leaked everywhere. Very limited service. Restaurant on site not open. Room service is from a restaurant nearby is the one option. The only other negative is that to use the WiFi you need to be closest to the lobby or inside. Now WiFi in rooms.

Buena alternativa en Cosala. Albercas climatizadas

Todo bien, solo las almohadas no eran cómodas y la ubicación de la habitación 19, no es buena, se oye mucho ruido por la parte posterior por ser el paso hacia servicios.

No te dan lo que reservaste!

llegamos y nos dieron la master suite por error la cual si recomendaría, se ve muy cómoda y amplia, posteriormente nos cambiaron a otra habitación la cual no cumplía con las características mencionadas, no tenía salita, no tenía cocineta, no tenía articulos de baño, no tenía tv de pantalla plana, cuando fuimos a corregir nos dijo el Gerente que eso era lo que reservamos, al mostrarle la descripción reservada la cual incluía esas amenidades dijo que ya no tenía de esas habitaciones por lo cual la pasamos mal ya que no fué de nuestro agrado. Debo agregar que nos ofrecieron cortesías para el SPA justo ya cuando entregamos la habitación jaja en fín, hay 10 mejores opciones de hotel en la zona.

Hotel agradable. En la Riviera de Chapala

En general es un hotel muy adecuado para descansar, me gusto mucho. El inconveniente es que el check-in es muy tarde 15:00 horas y el check-out demasiado temprano 11:00 horas. Deberían emparejar tiempos
