"Great place to stay and extremely clean. Very walkable and lots of restaurants close by. The only thing that I would change is for the option to have early check in especially for those getting off cruise ships early. They did provide luggage storage but we had to wait for shop to open up. "

"A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. "

"I would definitely recommend La buena vida also would 100% stay again if I want to be in Santurce area next time. Staff made my whole stay feel like home as soon as I arrived. Lots of things walking distance but also calling uber/lyft was never super expensive from here either. "

"El lugar está bueno, tiene buena ubicación en pleno viejo San Juan, la dueña es muy amable, muy atenta y muy servicial. Desventajas es que en la noche cuando hay fiesta hay mucho ruido y las habitaciones no tienen ventana."

"Business friendly."

"Everything was very smooth and easy going the housekeeping amazing as well. The only inconvenience i saw on the room i stayed they don’t have a mini bar… is my biggest recommendation for fiture guests. Keep the drinks fresh while walking around in the hit!! Other than that i definitely will search to stay there in future trips to PR!! "

"The beach house is simply amazing. The convenient location makes it so much better. Right on the beach with its own private section of the beach. But what takes the crown is the absolutely amazing service by the staff. They were on top of everything. Elias and Naomi were amazing. They showed amazing hospitality and love to me and my wife. I would definitely recommend. Me and my wife were extremely pleased and plan on coming back again. "
