La Concha Resort, Puerto Rico, Autograph Collection
The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again. No car needed. walking distance to restaurants bars and shopping. It was great!

All the staff, be it valet, bel service, cleaning staff, ground staff, the restaurants, every single person was amazing! Very relaxing experience. Beach was super clean and well maintained. La Mona Loiza Apartments Complex
We had a few issues with our 1 bedroom apartment in Mona Loiza, including shower temperature and cleanliness. Staff were very responsive and quick to try solve the issues, which resulted in us being moved to another property off site which met our needs. Thank you for your help.

Patio Elba Boutique Hotel
Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Water pressure and temperatures were good. Smooth and easy check in. They held our bags before check in. AC worked and was nice and cool. Pool was clean.
