"The property is well maintained for an older style property. There is a large outdoor space with picnic tables and a grill leading to the stairs to the beach. There were benches for watching the ocean and sunset if one didn’t want to use the stairs to get to the beach itself. The office had many games, books, and videos to borrow. "The room was very cute and tastefully decorated. The kitchenette was well equipped. Access to the beach was excellent and one of the top points of this stay. This property is dog friendly so too many dogs for my taste. The exterior of the property needs a bit of a refresh. The breakfast while.not amazing was plentiful and had a decent variety. The staff when checking out seemed very disinterested in me even letting them know.we were departing the room."

"Even though we did not have a remote , the first night I let them know in the morning and they got it to me right away , they were very respectful and the rooms were very clean the coffee , however was not. Thank you"
