"Deceptive advertising photo. Showed a newer building but I was booked in the much older, not well maintained building. Some guests were smoking so much marijuana that it disturbed the entire floor. Guest left dog poop in the hallway. Residue remained for days after supposedly cleaning. "

"This was actually the WORSE motel I have ever stayed in. The room was absolutely DISGUSTING. It looked like they have moped in months and the worse part is the room smelled so bad of urine… this wasn’t worth the 100$ o promise go ANYWHERE else. We would had left if we didjt drive 10 hours and already pay. I would definitely avoid the cleaning is seriously the worse iv ever seen .. it debatable if they even have someone who cleans the rooms. Staff was nice that was about it.. the front desk...

"I didn’t like that I reported that the tv didn’t work and the front desk just said they’d call a tech later. When it still wasn’t working hours later they said they’d call tech hadn’t answered and they’d call in the morning. It wasn’t fixed the next day or the day after and they’d call did not offer to change the tv or the room. Then they cancelled the reservation."

"Loud in appropriate extremely intoxicated and yelling in her room all hours of the night by herself. Woke us up serval times. We’ve stayed her at least a dozen times and have an occasional noise but this was beyond that. I told the front desk and she just shrugged it off. It immensely changed our experience this visit. Disappointed in how it was handled."
