"Booked two rooms for my group of 4 girlfriends. The room on the lower floor was 5/5, with perfect water pressure and was nice and quiet and working A/C. The room on the second floor was a 4/5, the water pressure wasn’t great and it just trickled down and my friends found bedbugs on the last night. However, we let the staff know as soon as we were checking out and they were very apologetic and got on it right away. They explained that it was probably guests that were there before. The bugs only showed up on the last night out of the three nights and only on one bed so not sure what happened. But the hotel is definitely clean and they fumigate regularly. My friend didn’t get bites at all, and only found the bugs. Because the staff was very helpful and the rest of the stay was perfect, I’d still recommend this place. Just make sure you check your beds. The location is the best. Lots of shopping and restaurants around. I love that it feels a bit like an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We did not rent a car, but we did get picked up and there was plenty of parking. The hotel arranged airport pick up and we were quoted $40 but the driver said it was $60 when he dropped us off. The hotel apologized, clarified and said they would be sure to send the correct pricing in the future. I ended up paying $45. So make sure you do confirm the price. If you choose the airport pick up. I will definitely here again in the future."
