"Buena atención y buenas instalaciones. Como observación, el hotel no cuenta con elevador desde el estacionamiento, lo cual para nosotros es un aspecto imprescindible, ya que mi esposo tiene movilidad reducida. En esta ocasión, al momento de hacer la reserva no nos percatamos de ese detalle. Si bien cuentan con servicio de valet parking, no siempre deseamos utilizarlo, ya que en ocasiones preferimos entrar y salir de manera más independiente. Fuera de este punto, nuestra experiencia fue muy satisfactoria."
