Close to all the amenities & walking distance to the main PLAZA DE ARMAS.. beautiful boutique hotel, with colonial style architecture, lovely rooms, but the main thing about this hotel, is the people who work there, the best customer service, they make you feel at home, nothing is to much, even when airline lost our luggage, big problems with flights..etc.. they went extra mile for us, translated everything from Spanish to English for us, solve the problems that we had, specially need to...

Hotel has a beautiful view over Cusco. The breakfast was delicious and the staff is helpful and very kind.

The room was very clean and also spacious. The staff were accommodating as we required an extra night and they sorted it out for us immediately. We did have to hire a heater from them as, as is quite normal in Cusco, it gets chilly at night time and most places don’t use central heating. We slept great both nights, and breakfast was a nice added touch.

I stayed here on my way to Machu Picchu and again on my way back to Lima. The reception staff were pleasant, courteous and professional. The concierge helped me locate a shop, in Cusco, selling football (soccer) shirts. The luggage that I left for storage while I was at Machu Picchu was already waiting for me in my room when I returned.

We absolutely loved our stay at Novotel Cusco! Our room was spacious, spotless and beautifully maintained, with all the communal areas smelling fresh and inviting. The grounds were lovely, and we particularly enjoyed having the spa on site. A great location within walking distance of the centre, with a lovely touch of luxury. Would 100% recommend!

Our room was fabulous and spacious. We were greeted upon arrival every time we returned to the hotel. Breakfast was everything you could ask for and views that only added to the experience. We were able to walk everywhere although it was pretty hilly!!!
