They had mentioned since we did not pay at the property directly they had given our rooms to their “members”. "We had family with us and the staff couldn't be more accommodating to us. After having trouble with door locks, we were skeptical of how our stay would be. However, we always felt their willingness to be helpful and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

The decorative blanket on the bed had visible stains, and when we asked for clean sheets and notified the front desk, we were told “just because there’s stains doesn’t mean it’s dirty,” which was very off-putting. We also had ongoing issues with the tub not draining while showering. The water filled high enough to cover the jets, causing hairs to come up through the drain.
