"The property was perfect for our needs. I gave it four stars for some minor reasons. 1). The upstairs 1/2 bath toilet was basically for #1’s only. There was a sign stating it clogs easily, so no #2’s. 2). Hot water was HOT(once it came in), but it took approximately 5-6 mins before the hot water would flow to the showers.
