To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. Unfortunately it was raining two nights and there was a dripping sound outside the window that was so loud it sounded like someone was popping microwave popcorn in the next room. "We were so happy with the room. Spacious, clean, bathroom was large. Looks newly renovated. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked wonderful. We will stay here again."

"Breakfast included was delicious and a really nice perk! Hotel is close distance to alot of activities, including racing, CF Polo Park Mall, Cineplex and arcades. Staff were very accommodating a polite. Pool area was fun, clean and has a nice splash pad area for small children to enjoy. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. "Room was relatively clean, staff were super. Easily accessible with pets through the sliding door. Grabbed a bagel for breakfast on the road, but others were enjoying a full breakfast."

"I particularly liked that the rooms were clean, renovated and well organized. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue I found was a shortage one morning of hot water but it appeared to be resolved on the morning we left. All in all it was good. Thanks Again!"

"The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and the best thing is that it is located around everything, shopping at Polo Park, excellent restaurants and a movie theatre, not far from the Zoo and many parks. I have stayed there for many years and couldn’t be happier with the location that is close to so many wonderful things to do in Winnipeg and their rates are very reasonable."

"Check in was wonderful and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean with no odours or lingering scents. Pool was a lot of fun for the kids and the hot tub was great for the adults. The breakfast was fantastic! Everything that was Gluten free was labelled - and they made the eggs and sausage GF - which rarely happens at other hotels. Will definitely look for Best Western first for future travels."
