"My room was fine, check in was easy, the desk clerk was efficient. That's the good stuff.
I was there with family for a birthday party. You have a pretty much non-functioning water park. The slide was closed, the fountains in the small pool non working. Hot tub covered over. What the heck? The words WATER PARK are painted on the wall. If it isn't a water park anymore, then remove the slide and other parts that aren't functioning.
In my room, I was unable to shower, the water was barely warm. the same trying to wash at the sink. Barely warm water. Noise in the hall (slamming doors and conversation) from midnight to 2 prevented my sleeping.
I cannot comment on the breakfast as I departed earlier than it started. I was glad to have the coffee maker in my room."
"Overall good stay. In general the hotel and our room was clean, but not all the details (like dusting in not so obvious areas). Our mini-fridge wasn’t on; we turned it on and it worked, but wish it had been cool and usable during our stay. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was awesome and so nice, especially Devon. Would stay again."
"we enjoyed our second story room which was neat as a pin and roomy. Parking was a little tight for a full sized pickup we had to park farther away from our room as many were designated for compact cars"
"This is a very nice facility on the edge of town. We had a really pleasant stay there. They had a wonderful, very well maintained hot tub and pool, and all parts of the hotel were fresh and new looking. Well-appointed and very big bathroom with powerful hot shower.
The staff could not have been nicer. Very friendly and they gave us a great recommendation for dinner. We had a terrific time downtown. They also were really helpful and gave us cleaning supplies to help clean mud from our windows after we went through some back roads. I highly recommend this place. Good breakfast, too!"
