"We did a early check in at 11:45 am hours. But, we got charged 20 euros. Which I was ok with that. But, then we find out that after 12:00 pm, early check in is free. The check in counter receptionist didn't mention anything to us about that. I complained to the manager, but he gave me 20 euros credit ..."
