"A very special experience in Ibiza. A calm, wellness focused, high end property, with incredible service. It was my second visit. Love the cascades experience. The food menu by the pool is great, but the Eden restaurant is on another level. The breakfast is perfect, you get to choose from many dishes with local, natural flavors. Some days we will go to nearby nature for hiking, small lovely beaches, or a town restaurant, other days we just stay by the pool, spa treatments, and an amazing sunset...

"The night manager who welcomed us in the early hours of 18th July was very helpful and took care of us after the long journey. Pool bar team and food excellent. Restaurant staff were excellent but the food selection was a little disappointing. Transfers to and from the airport booked through Expedia failed to deliver and ruined part of the holiday for us. We were abandoned at the airport on arrival after flight delay and had to book a rental car as huge taxi queue. Then had to return the car...

"Das Zimmer war sauber, der Blick auf die Bucht war super. Die Anlage ist nicht neu, wird aber gepflegt. Wir hatten den Royal Status und ohne diesen würde ich nicht hingehen. Nur damit hat man Zutritt zur Beachbar, die Liegen am Strand sind nicht inklusive und kosten 25 Euro. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, also eher entspannt. "Location was amazing. Staff incredibly helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was nice to have. The access to the water was not as we understood it, it’s a public beach across the way from the hotel, no dedicated space for hotel guests, no chair’s umbrella’s etc. so that was not as advertised. However the pool is right next to the water and beautiful views. Breakfast was wonderful on the terrace with the gorgeous unobstructed view. The room was fine, clean with a small balcony.
