We visited for a triathlon so the area was very busy. There is a free car park available which was full at times. It was also exceptionally hot. The air conditioning was very effective. The rooms were clean and reasonably well equipped. There was very little storage. The bed was comfortable. It was a 15 minute walk to the supermarket and the old town. There is an oven in the shared section together with a washing machine, dryer and big freezer. The on-site restaurant is good, set meals only and only open for dinner at the weekend when we were there. Breakfast available every day if pre-booked.

Lovely! Would stay again despite that it is doesn’t offer the usual services you expect from a full hotel. I guess this is simply down to cost paring. They must have got a huge architect bill to build this and which went well over budget and they are cutting services to save cash. Not great for guests.

We had an amazing weekend here. The staff is highly service-minded and goes over and beyond to assist you. The hotel is as it looks in the marketing material, a really lovely inspirational place. The hotel is impeccably clean. With COVID-19 the hotel has adapted and it felt very safe. The only slightly less positive comment is regarding the Spa, it's very full and I couldn't get any treatment there during our two night/three days stay.
