"I have stayed at the Barcelo on many occasions and this is the very first visit that I was not pleased with the condition of the rooms. In our first room, the hair dryer did not work and had to be replaced. The toilet did not flush. The maintenance person came twice and finally said that no toilet paper could be disposed in the toilet under any circumstances. "Very close to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee is great! They offer parking but only a few spots available. Our room was on a corner and it was pretty cold at night and they only have 2 bed sheets with a flannel in between. You can ask for one more "Ponchito" (flannel) in reception tho"

"I stayed one night only. The property is more of a hostel than a hotel. The room seemed to not be used for quite a while and it smell a little bit funny. The shower is a small cubicle and there's no room for clothes or towels inside. The toilet is in another cubicle. There's no front desk so be sure to call the bell at the door. They have a garage for 2 cars only. The property is inside a private residencial área, so it is safe, but you'll have to check your self in everytime you go out or in...
