"Beautiful property but needs some maintenance and some customer service training to the employees, contrary to other hotels that have amazing service like Casa Andina this place seems like they don’t really care about making guest feel welcome and happy. My last room had the AC not working, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the hallways are dirty like they just take care of the rooms but not the surrounding areas, bedding was very clean 🙏 that makes me "
