"Aunque hagas la reservación con tarjeta, ahi no te dejan pagarla con la tarjeta, te cobran todo en efectivo y esa información nunca la ves publicada, sus políticas son muy ventajosas, tienen un jacuzzi que por eso busque esta propiedad, pues resulta que debes reservarla con un dia de anticipación y el cobro es extra, te cobran 350 quetzales por meterte, super mal, además intentamos pagarlos con tal de meternos porque teniamos dolor de cuerpo y nos dijeron que no habia reservas disponibles,...

"The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom.
