"Location was very convenient. It was located 5 min walking distance from aquaduct but in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone was very nice and professional. We didn't get to try the breakfast due to early departure time but it was only 10 euros per person which seemed very reasonable."
"Valet parking on arrival and the room and staff were wonderful! Fantastic central location and walking distance to the sites in the area! Wonderful stay!"
"Big rooms, fabulous beds, traditional delicious Spanish restaurant and cafe on site and a great pool and grounds. All with beautiful views of Segovia!"
"I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame...
"Positives: Great property, very well located, nice room and buffet breakfast.
Negatives: Check in was very slow, and bathroom was not clean but staff didn't do anything about it"
