We were staying here due to a family emergency that turned into a death in the family. The manager was very kind with us and the hotel was great. Only minor complaints. Only 5 lb dumbbells in the fitness center and many of the TV channels didn't work.

I've enjoyed the pool. But the hottub wasn't working. The front desk wasn't helpful in finding us a king size bed because we made reservation from a third party.

Needed fresh towels, I was put on the list and left my trash and towels in hallway. returned with no new towels. Another person at desk said I had to speak to them directly, to be put on the list, not over the phone. I had to go back to desk to get my own towels. Trash in front was overflowing and very unsanitary and staff said it wouldn't be emptied until the next day! There were two staff behind desk. All it takes is a new trashbag to exchange and take other one to dumpster.

The hotel has a very good vibe and welcoming staff. The breakfast is good and during our stay the hotel was sold out. Lot of attractions around for kids activities Only negative was the jacuzzi/ hot tub was broken and was looking forward for it. However, the overall convenience of the stay was great

This facility was ok. The biggest complaint we had was the breakfast. For a hotel this size they don't have enough seating or enough food kept stocked.

The room was nice but we had asked for a quiet room and we got one infront of a road with a lot of noise at night from trucks etc. The breakfast was mediocre the bacon under cooked. We did not dare try the sausage because the last time my husband was there he got food poisoning with the sausage! Overall the staff was nice and helpful with the exception of the man that works the breakfast.

Well worth the price.
The room was clean, spacious enough for 2, the water pressure and temperature was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean and not overly chlorinated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay.
