"Hotel Lux Melide was a modern and convenient location. The room was well decorated and comfortable. The walls/vent system allowed noise from other rooms to be heard at various hours. Use of the laundry services was unclear - signage and communicating with staff suggested laundry is not longer available ..."

"I liked the staff that welcomed us and attended us for dinner. I enjoyed the pools. I wish there were massages available but unfortunately everything was booked. Also, there was no Netflix which my husband and I like."
