Spectacular all around! Super safe with two gates entry and security guards on premises 24/7. Spacious, clean and equipped with everything you may need for your stay! Highly recommend, no complaints. It is about a 10 minute drive from the center of Santiago City.

I did not have hot water to shower in. Maybe the water heater was turned off to save electricity I don’t know. It was my navy seal training I guess. I manned up and showered. But other than that it was a good stay.

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Unfulfilled Promises My experience was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from the start. The location was very difficult to find, and upon arrival, the security staff had no information about our booking. We tried calling the person in charge multiple times, but he never answered. Even the security guard attempted to contact him with no success. Despite showing the booking details to security, we were left waiting at the gate for three hours. As newcomers to the country with no local contacts, this was incredibly stressful. Eventually, we had no choice but to book a room at the Marriott hotel, which cost us $395 for just one night. Later, when we called the number again, someone finally answered. I asked why we hadn’t received the room number, gate code, or key information. He falsely claimed he had sent it via WhatsApp. When I asked for proof, he admitted he hadn’t actually sent anything and apologized for not answering the phone. He promised a $100 refund, which we never received. When we finally did see the property, it was in poor condition: • No hot water • The place had a strong, unpleasant odor • The bed had hair all over it from a previous guest • Overall, it was unhygienic and not welcoming I absolutely do not recommend this place. The experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a waste of time and money.
