"The dinner and facilities are great, some staff were not that friendly. There’s a vibration noise in our room at midnight and they were able to accommodate and offer us a new room. There’s not really places to refill water bottles as well."

En el séptimo piso, donde me alojé estaban en obras, y empezaron desde temprano por la mañana con ruidos molestos; cosa que no se mencionó al hacer el check in. Eché en falta un par de botellitas de agua de cortesía , y al ir a buscar una al minibar , estaba vacío. Además había unas hormiguitas minúsculas, campando a sus anchas en una de las mesillas de noche . Busqué el nido pero no pude encontrarlo. Lo comenté con la señora de la limpieza y me dijo que...

"We are a couple both aged 23 - absolutely loved Colon Guanahani. The hotel is for the relaxers, we were one of few younger couples mostly older ladies and gents. Beautiful, beautiful hotel unique in its modern but homely natural style. Area was beautiful so much nicer than places we walked to, we were so happy we chose this hotel over others we seen that we had considered when booking. The staff were really friendly and polite, also the spa was absolutely amazing the best if been to nice wee gym aswell the pools outside were amazing especially the jacuzzi one I couldn’t get out of it I loved it and a good decent buffet breakfast with friendly staff can’t complain only thing I wanted a late check out but couldn’t get it as my flight was until late but they gave me a room so I could clean up. ...
