"As fotos enganam, a estrutura física do hotel é horrível, escadas que foram sendo improvisadas e isso causou degraus variando alturas de 08 a 35 centímetros, corrimões também mal feitos, os banheiros não tem ducha higiênica e nem a do chuveiro elétrico, o vaso sanitário estava solto. Depois de muito reclamar e até pedir ao hotéis.com para sair e cancelar o restante das diárias, arranjaram o quarto 001, que apesar de não ter box e nem cortina para o banho, é grande e tem ducha. Como tenho 67 anos...
