The room was very unkept, and dirty. No matching anything, only gave us a bar of soap and a roll of toilet paper. When we asked for another roll of paper we got one that was already halfway gone. Also one towel per person and was very strict about them. Not even a wash cloth or hand towel just TWO towels. The air conditioner was old and musty/moldy smelling. The fridge was disgustingly dirty. Spider webs all over the place and not to mention mosquitoes that we kept killing. Breakfast was also not great. We DID like the location. Close to almost everything within walking distance. Needs updating and better customer care

The hotel is conveniently located from all the famous locations (cathedral, plaza espana, etc.) and has a variety of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket all in short walking distance. The staff was really friendly and supportive whenever needed. Some speak really decent English as well. It's a great deal for the price.

Cleanliness of the room and most of all, the friendliness of the staff. They are wiling to help and solve your problems with a smile. I say this because i had an internet problem and the young and beautiful receptionist was able to solve it asap. Love it

I liked that I had a good interactive relationship with the staff and that they were more than willing to consider my requests. I think, the initial room that I was assigned to perhaps was not ideal in general including the decor, lighting and facilities such as a non working refrigerator. Half way through my stay, the staff assigned a much better and superior room.

Convenient to tourist locations

This is a typical Dominican place. The description provided by the site needs to be updated, amenities are not as listed. Maybe they existed at one time but not now. The staff were friendly and courteous, but the hotel needs many repairs. It’s a place to sleep, that’s what you get along with some coffee and a preplanned everyday breakfast. I would not recommend it to North American travellers with expectations.
