Was a issue with the traffic zone behind the hotel , the link that was sent didn't open so we went into a limited traffic zone and received a fine , lady at check in was kind of rude to this fact but it is what it is

Wow! What a disappointment. In a city with only one 5 star hotel, how on earth can this be 4 stars. I should have known based on the initial communication from the hotel on their recommendations. They told me to look online or Get Your Guide for tour/visit suggestions.... Don't let the charming court ...
