Avaliação do Hotel Palugi - Joinville

A experiência do nosso representante Thiago no Hotel Palugi, em Joinville, infelizmente não foi boa. A cama era bastante desconfortável: muito dura e pequena, o que comprometeu a qualidade do descanso. O travesseiro era extremamente fino, causando dor e rigidez no pescoço já no dia seguinte. O quarto apresentava paredes visivelmente sujas e, no banheiro, embora o chuveiro elétrico fornecesse água quente, havia uma mangueira vermelha descendo do teto dentro do box, situação que causou estranhamento e desconforto. Além disso, no check-in, houve uma cobrança indevida da diária, mesmo ela já tendo sido paga antecipadamente. Apenas após algum tempo a equipe verificou que o pagamento já estava regularizado. De forma geral, a estadia não atendeu às expectativas, deixando pontos importantes a desejar.

Cama muito ruim

Não gostei do hotel. Camas péssimas, travesseiro ruim e toalhas minusculas e quase transparentes de tao finas! Banheiro mofado. Vista para um posto de gasolina, mas isso eu não ligo. Café da manhã adequado, mas definitivamente nao vale o preço da diária.

Bom para um pernoite em viagem a trabalho, fácil localização e próximo a restaurantes. Porém o chuveiro não esquentava e isso para mim é complicado. No mais, entrega o que promete.

Positivamente surpreendido

Fui surpreendido positivamente. As instalações sao muito simples mas o pessoal muito atencioso, quarto limpo e organizado, internet e TV a cabo muito bons, café da manhã muito bem servido. As redondezas no local não oferecem alimentação ou mercado. Apesar de ficar afastado do centro e as margens de rodovia, as vezes que pedi uber fui rapidamente atendido. Recomendo o hotel para quem está viajando a trabalho e precisa de um serviço com ótimo custo benefício.
