"The hotel was being renovated on the first floor. Very poor signage for where to enter hotel.
Staff was confused with every question. The lady cooking couldn't speak english and the food was cold. Very little fruit and no pastry of any kind. Not what I would have expected for a Hyatt."

"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door.
