"The hotel itself is an older Soviet-era building with very outdated plumbing, carpets, and rooms. The lobby, however, is renovated and modern. The location is also a big plus - it is very convenient to major attractions and there are plenty of coffee shops and cafes right nearby.
The staff is wonderful - especially the cleaning ladies on the 10th floor, who were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and friendly.
The included breakfast is good enough, though the staff clearly gets overwhelmed...

"The room that was given to us was nothing like what was advertised in the app.
Room was VERY old, did nit even have enough outlets for phone chargers, I had to put my phone on charge in the bathroom.
Reception staff could not even organise a taxi.
Laundry were held at the reception until I had to go down and pay for it. Even thought my card details were at the reception and bond was in place.
