"This hotel was surprisingly great! The entire place, and my room were completely spotless and the staff were incredibly helpful. Full breakfast (not just continental) was included and it was delicious! I'll absolutely stay here again when I visit Sault Ste Marie."

"Front desk staff was great. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Heating/AC unit was a little loud. Breakfast was a little dried out and cold but eatable."

"I am a repeat customer here and appreciate the 5 star cleanliness. If you are looking for amenities outside the room, no pool, gym, bar etc. and a good nights rest is all you need, this is it at an affordable price. For seniors like me, it would be helpful if the bathtub area had grab bars . All in all a good place to stay."

"Older hotel but well maintained. The room was huge and bed very comfortable. Exterior door to outside which is ideal for my dog. Water hot and food close by. A very enjoyable stay"

Clean.
The bed was uncomfortable.
Very soft and sunken in.
Felt like I was laying upside down.
Also, the lighting was bad. Small windows. My room was under the overhang of the building, so minimal outside light."
