"The staff is friendly and professional. Ricardo, who is in charge of the hacienda went above and beyond expectations. He made us feel very special as he catered to our needs, assuring the relaxing time we were looking during our stay. The breakfast is made to order with good options. "A nice new place to stay in Telchac. Very local Mexican little town. Great clean beach nearby. The pool in this hotel was dirty with sunscreen floating Too bad because the rest of the hotel is really nice, quaint, beautiful decor and very clean . They have bkfast , basic , but no bar or other meals..staff is super nice . ."
