When we arrived there was a little mix up on the room. The staff went above and beyond to remedy the issue right away. The room was incredibly clean and well equipped. Hotel y Suites Los Encantos
This lovely boutique Hotel is owned and managed by the most generous and friendly family & employees. The rooms are nice and clean and , the grounds are very nicely set up & well taken care of. We had a wonderful 8 nights here.
