"Old fashioned hotel which retains its charm. Check in was done online and no issues. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. "The hotel was lovely! Really nice bar and reception area, it is one of the best hotels to stay at in Liverpool! The only downside was that our bathroom was definitely starting to look tired, the shower holders were not fixed and hung off the wall, and only half the shower head worked."
