"Very comfortable and clean was a pleasant stay "

"Place was tidy enough however there was simple unrepaired damage like shelves and toilet roll holders not fixed. Hot water system was broken for the first three days, Wifi didn't work, so had to hot spot off phones. Cockroaches on kitchen"

"An amazing place for my family and dogs. Perfect location if you're wanting coast or country. "

"Great spot. "

"Wonderful place. Will recommend to friends."

"The kitchen was fully stocked with everything anyone could possibly want. We found the home to be very clean. The beds were comfortable though not enough spare blankets to match the climate, so my guests were cold at night. The main bathroom was fabulous!!! We had a brilliant time enjoying the amazing view from the lounge. The gardens were a joy to walk around and manicured to perfection. We'll be back. "

"There is only one shower and the other is in the bathtub, which is slippery and unsafe."

"Really loved the pool and all the extra beds. Big tv , lots of room for everyone. Excellent, close to the shops "

"We had two issues with the property. The agents knew of the issues and did nothing to assist. After numerous phone calls I gave up. I guess this worked for the managing agents."

"It was a perfect home with an excellent location. But because it was on a river, there were so many cockroaches and lizards that easily made their way into the house each evening."

"An absolutely delightful property beautifully done out with wonderful amenities. Had everything you could possibly want like a coffee maker, ice machine and a huge cool room which was fantastic for all our food and drink as was 10 people staying. The decor was lovely and the views over to the gold coast were breathtaking especially at night. Will def come back Thank you Simon for a wonderful stay. Trudi"
