"Hotel was clean on outside and inside. Rooms were nice and clean. We had adjoining rooms with connecting door. One room had 2 twin beds pushed together but separate covers, which would have been better as a couple if there was 1 cover. The 2nd room was a queen or king size bed and both were clean with a desk area and chair. The bathroom was clean and had a hair dryer. If you are from USA, bring wash clothes, they do not supply those but they do offer several other items such as...

"Really glad that we had the opportunity for an early check in. Staff were very great and helpful. Upon entering the room, at first glance it looked good but upon deeper inspection, the carpet had many stains. The bottom of the shower did not look clean either and ran out of hand soap by the end of our stay. Walls were scuffed and appeared dirty. Shower head would not stay in position and kept turning to the side of the shower. Really disappointing especially since this was not a cheap...

"Fantastic stay for our family trip. Check in was very simple and our room was ready early. The hotel is impressive and very well located, close to attractions, restaurants and bars. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bar staff were amazing! Highly recommend for a stay in Amsterdam."

"The rooms in this hotel are fine, if a bit cramped for 2 people. The staff are helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent. HOWEVER, here is an important tip: Do NOT eat in the hotel restaurant. The menu is very limited, and some of the items are very odd, including a cauliflower dish which was barely edible. And the lemon tart was not properly cooked. The chef lacks basic skills. So, avoid the restaurant."

"The hotel was centrally located in Amsterdam, right by the Rijksmuseum and Vondelpark. The room was very nice and the hotel was very clean. It had a bar and restaurant. The staff was very friendly. I only gave it a 4 because of the extra charges incurred at checkout. Due to VAT and city fees, we paid an extra $328 euros on checkout. A 3-night stay cost more than a 4-night stay in Paris at comparable hotels. "
