"The rooms were a nice size and clean. Staff were very friendly. It was definitely a family friendly hotel with an arcade with prizes, a small basketball court and a good sized pool. One item that could have been improved was the breakfast. The pancake machine broke down on the second day of our stay and did not get fixed. The last day they had run out of eggs so breakfast was sausages and toast for the most part but there were other options such as yoghurt, fruit, bagels with cream cheese so nobody went hungry. Overall we had an enjoyable stay."

"Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. We were very disappointed when we got there and found out the pool was out of order, it was one of the reasons we booked. Next to that, the breakfast time is from 6am-8am. With kids, we normally wake up for breakfast around 8:30am because we're use to breakfast time until 10. The hallways once you exit the elevator also had a musty wet smelling odor. Again overall, we were satisfied, the room was clean, nice and friendly staff, close to restaurants, shopping, highway, airport, gas station and hospital. Really good area."

"We arrived the Friday night on the big 4th of July Holiday weekend. The desk receptionist was wonderful, and quick to check us in - love those chocolate chip cookies at the desk! We had only been in the hotel for a half hour when a violent thunderstorm with strong winds knocked out the power at the hotel. We were on our way out to see a family member but I felt bad for those who arrived after us - no power, no way to check in! Upon our return 4 hours later the power was back on, and our room was fine, temperature-wise ( the heat was blistering that day). A Great breakfasts, a nice indoor pool that was well used by lots of families, and a friendly staff will keep us visiting this hotel on our future visits to the area!"

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the location was excellent. I especially want to recognize Mr. Garcia for his outstanding customer service. He greeted me warmly when I arrived, explained everything in detail, and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. There were a minor housekeeping issues during our stay. On our second day, housekeeping had run low on clean towels and had to go door to door collecting used ones or even clean ones this was a little shock and new to me since hotels should have always clean towels available and not run out. Despite these minor issue, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again because of the great location and the excellent service we received from Mr. Garcia."
