Everything was good. If you can get an upper floor room facing the Valley do it. The view is unmatched anywhere else around the area.They are doing renovations, so there is some untidiness around the property. Not a problem. We did have to switch rooms though because the tv was not working. They gladly did it though, and did so right away. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast buffet was fine.

Hotel is being updated, even still, minimum noise due to that. The tv allows you to plug in your own inputs into the HDMI to watch your own stuff, which is a huge plus for our family. Modern lighting and furniture in the rooms. Staff was super friendly, from front desk to house keeping. The room was clean and the hotel smells like a new car. Remote location, quiet surroundings. Large shopping center just down the hill. Nothing bad to say! I would stay here again.

The rooms have been renovated since last year and they are gorgeous! Love the sofa and table, and the bathroom! The room is cozy and peaceful. I will say there isnt a shelf or anything in my shower to sit toiletries on, but its ok.

New renovated accessible room was beautiful. But not very functional with someone with limitations. The bed is quite high, no safety bars in shower and the amenities are on the floor! No shelf. Very inconvenient. Breakfast menu has not changed in the 4 years I’ve been a routine guest. However Soni, the hostess/waitress at breakfast is so friendly. I look forward to our chats. They need more handicapped parking spaces, only 4 for a 5 story hotel. Otherwise, very comfortable and safe.

We had a wonderful stay at H I east mountain. The staff was amazing and so welcoming. We had a balcony with a great view and the food at restaurant was great. No problem with parking, large areas to park. Will definitely recommend to anyone interested in coming to stay there.

I walked into the lobby and it was under construction and it was not advertised that it was under construction. The man checking everyone in at the front desk was extremely rude. It was not a pleasant check-in experience. I will say that the rooms were very nice as they are newly renovated. The staff was kind as well, except for the man at the front desk.
