"The apartment is well designed and comfortable. We stayed in an apartment on street level which was quite odd and a bit noisy, but overall convenient for our need. The service was quite poor and we couldn’t get enough towels even after we notified them that we need more"

Unfortunately despite signs everywhere asking tenants not to smoke inside, the bedding was permeated with the smell of tobacco. The actual apartment is nice. It has 2 beds, a living room, kitchen and bath. One bedroom is out in the open though and one has a door to it. Internet is poor, I had to use my hotspot. Yes Satellite TV is excellent. Plenty of free street parking. There is a washer available. It takes a LONG time to...

Our first night, it was left out at room temperature instead of being placed in the refrigerator so it was not something we could consider safe. The second night, the manager asked when we wanted breakfast and promised delivery by 7am since that was when we had to leave. The breakfast never arrived. Trods flere henvendelser til ejer blev intet udbedret, heldigvis fik vi hjælp af hotels.com til hurtigt at flytte til et andet sted. "Actually, we really enjoyed our stay. The shared courtyard was very tranquil and I thought we’d use the spa but in the end we were out and busy every day. Supermarket just across the road. Untimed car park across the road. Nice sized suite. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer and the comfortable beds."
