"Upon entering, you could immediately tell the hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was clean and had the basic amenities you expect from a hotel (towels, soap, shampoo, a safe, etc...) One feature I haven't seen often in hotels is a water fountain in the hallway to refill our water bottles. It was a filtered fountain, with options for cold or room temp water, so the water was clean. The location is great for visiting multiple parts of the city too. They even had wall safes in the lobby...

"Great room but on 5th floor which was an issue when we checked out as the lift had stopped working and we had to carry 2 cases down 10 flights of stairs. Other than that it was a good stay and good location."

"Was on the 3rd floor (US 4th floor) so some steps to climb, but because of that, had a nice balcony. A/C worked. Bathroom could use a bit better vent to draw out moist air."

"I had made two separate bookings next to each other because I didn't plan my stay in Porto properly and the staff made sure to keep us in 1 room for the entire stay which was nice. The breakfast was great as there were coffee machines to serve yourself and a decent amount of variety. What I appreciated is that the kitchen staff still made food even towards the end of breakfast so if you woke up late you weren't just getting scraps. The rooms were pretty decent, although the pictures are not...

"The only things I did not like were that first floor is up a stair case or this should have been described somewhere and one of the bathrooms was not very sound proof, but enjoyed my stay overall. Had two bathrooms, comfortable bed, location was great, felt safe, a lot of places and things to do close to the hotel. Great experience!"
