"Very clean property with comfortable beds, new flat screen TV. The daily breakfast had many choices. There was plenty of food that the wonderful staff kept full. I liked the coffee choices as well as the array of conditions. The private beach was well kept with plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate many guests. "Super nice staff with a great small resort. Definitely would stay here again! Rooms were spacious and amenities on site were great. Heated pool close to the ocean. The only thing it’s missing is a good sandy beach. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate for us to go snorkeling or enjoy all the available water toys."

"This was a wonderful place to stay in Islamorada! The staff was super helpful and friendly. They allow dogs so we were able to bring our Maltipo. Pool, restaurant, roosters, all were perfect. You also get to go to their other properties which were amazing. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect! We are already planning our next trip. "

Our cinder block room was so tiny we couldn’t even open up our suitcase unless we put it on top of the bed— there was literally less than 12” on each side of the bed. The noise was so loud from the highway that we needed to keep the a/c fan running all night to try to drown out some of the noise. "Property appeared run-down, not well maintained. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was not ready when advertised and lacked variety. Check in staff was rude and hurriedly showed us to our room. My husband and I had stayed here several years before and returned twice after that with 2other couples: Definitely not the same quality 😔"

"The studio oceanview room had an amazing view. The room felt old and out dated with alot of wear, cracked floors and missing closet doors. I broke my toe on the door stop they left on the floor for the missing door to close against. I have to remove the screws from the floor myself so no one else got injured in it. The mattress in the pull out couch is not very comfortable as the springs are shot and poke out. We did not receive our breakfast we ordered ahead of time on the app. We had to ask...
