"I've stayed in other Mercure hotels and they have been wonderful. Unfortunately Great Danes was tired and in need of an update. Carpets in stairs and hallways need a deep clean or replacing, lots of marks on them. We stayed in a family room, beds were clean but carpets were marked, bathroom was small ..."

"Do not go to this hotel it’s not run at all well manger has no idea took the cost of my room 3 times and 2 weeks on I’m still struggling to get the money back it’s a very badly run hotel the rooms need decorating and that was the case half finished terrible"
