"Fantastic location, staff were exceptional - especially given they were dealing with a very large group booking. Free Spa / Pool area is good and great after a long walk in the fells. Some areas of the hotel need a little TLC for the 4* rating."
"Beautiful location with sea views, this property was comfortable, with every amenity that you would need, except for staff. The property is unmanned except for a lovely cleaner. The main property is quite a walk, and that property is staffed.
