2nd stay and not much better. Housekeeping misses things like filling the soap and making sure hairdryer etc are there. When I ask for the items it seems like I'm bothering them. The space and location is convenient, but after staying at the Residence Inn in downtown Seattle, the level of customer service is night and day.

My stay was awesome! loved the room. It was perfect. My first time here and i definitely would be coming back. I was here for cheer competition and it was a good place to say with my daughter. Im a happy customer. The apartment hotels were the best. i enjoyed my stay. The staff were nice. And i was welcomed in nicely. i even got a nice welcome bag. it was cool! made me felt special staying here.

The property itself was great. The room was nice, quiet and clean. We had a strange experience with the gentleman at the front desk who was incredibly bothered when we asked for ice, he made a couple passive aggressive comments and his whole demeanor was just rude and bizarre.

Worst hotel I have ever been. Will never come again. WiFi horrible, couldn’t streaming, couldn’t even open a webpage. Soundproofing horrible. I could hear very clearly the upper floor showering and walking in heavy steps. Very basic breakfast choices but didn’t change at all for the 4 days I was there. This hotel will keep you alive not nothing close to comfortable.

Appreciate the free cookie & water. Staff was very friendly. I would suggest that they redo the bathroom of room 614 since the shower was dated & painted over. The shower curtain had mildew smell.

The room was excellent as the name says Residence Inn. Spacious kitchen and bathroom, plenty of space to put away clothes and luggage. Had a really great time even though only for 2 days. Staff was very helpful and daily free breakfast included. Staff even received my vehicle delivery from out of state without any hassle. 5 star ratings. Great place to stay for long and short term. Only down side was TV was really slow and most of the time was not able to stream youtube which was needed for the kid.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. When I requested an extra blanket, they provided me with two and I appreciated the generosity. The property itself is very nice and the room (Room 613) was very nice and roomy. However, the room never received servicing during my stay, which was unexpected. I didn't stay long enough for that to be a major problem, but I would have preferred a bed change (at the very least) if I stayed longer. My only major "complaint" is the sofa bed, which was very uncomfortable. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor, which was far more comfortable. The property might want to considering replacing that sofa! Overall though, I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

I was not aware I would be charged for parking overnight.. I did not see this mentioned in the booking information on your website! The room itself was alright. I was in an accessible room; so on 1st floor; and the floors above made extreme noise when the guests walked / moved around. The front desk associate took a long time to get back to me to record my new Marriot - Envoy number so I could get a free wifi pass. Last, the free breakfast had limited options, food was not great and it could be improved upon. The yogurt offered should not be called yogurt with the level of preservatives and non-dairy ingredients for example.
