Unsafe, disgusting room was being used by someone else even though it was assigned to us. We returned the keys to the front desk and left to look for another hotel.

Laundry facility had very poor air circulation. Dryers did not work acceptable manner and took money without performing. I was not given any refund.

I didn't like the fact that the property has 4 doors, North, South, East and West and at times only the West/Main entrance, is working. For exiting the building all doors work well. The east door’s key reader access fails a lot. That is what I consider being the back door. Some days it works and then it just doesn’t. When I reported it, the receptionist’s answer was “I already reported it” and for many days it continued not working. By the time I left, I didn’t check it. As a consequence, I parked my vehicle on the East side, a couple of times, and I had to walk all the way around the enter by the main door on the west side of the building. But the North and South doors, do not have the card readers/key access mechanism anymore since the pandemics. This last recent time I stayed there, I got the room 202, at the North edge of the building and instead of using the north door, I had to walk on the outside to the main door and walk back all the hallway to get to my room. For the most part of the year it is ok to walk around the building but this time we got the polar freeze temperatures and I was not too happy, when I could just park my car at the north side and enter the door right there. Regarding cleanliness, it is not convenient to extend a stay longer than one week, because the policy there is kind of “you are like being at your own home and you don’t clean your home that often” – or that is what I remember about the regarding explanation...

Said on Expedia no smoking hotel and that’s not the case rooms have been smoked in and hallways but they claim it’s smoke free hotel like I’m stupid instantly canceled my reservation and lady at front desk told me she canceled it but didn’t and still charged me for the whole stay had to deal with Expedia for my refund hopefully they actually do the refund.

Don’t ever stay here!
Hotel is in lockdown. You need to knock (no buzzer) to be let in to check in. I knocked and no one answered. Had to wait until someone used key card to get in. No one is ever at the front desk. Dirty carpets and it smells like it use to allow cigarettes. Looks like they house homeless people. Unkempt people coming in and out. I’m unfriendly staff. Bed is on cheap metal bed frame that move around and bang wall when getting into bed.

Check in took almost 20 minutes. Tried to get me to pay again when I already paid online. Their breakfast ends at 9:30. When I asked it was 9:35, and it’s a “grab and go”. Oatmeal and coffee only. And the coffee was already empty. What a joke. Every door in the room was rubbing against the frame. Water pressure in shower was weaker than a broken sprinkler. Bathroom sink was clogged. Walls are paper thin, heard people shouting and making love, furniture moving and someone doing construction all day and night. When I went to check out, 2 different employees just stared at walked right past me.

Stayed in 208 room , bathtub drain had a lot of hair that clogged up the water , the floor was stained in some places , it smelled like smoke , overall i would rate it a 4/10 just because I wasn’t at the hotel as much , good and calm customer service but the TVs weren’t working as well , wish the rooms had working tvs

This property is trash my whole got stolen management in the morning are racist they don’t clean there units very poor quality poor service.
