It’s a very basic hotel.
The rooms were not cleaned during our stay (we had 3 nights/4 days) which is actually so significantly sub-standard for any hotel let alone one which charges such a high price.
Nothing is replenished such as in-room coffee, towels, or toiletries.
The staff are mostly polite when they engage with you. The waiting staff in the restaurant had a manner which was a little strange, and I felt like we weren’t completely welcome- perhaps they took an issue with us having non-American accents?
A significant disappointment was that we were mislead initially regarding our included breakfast which we had paid for, and missed a day of this. No offer to compensate us was forthcoming, but when challenged they acknowledged that this was included. It’s not good enough for a hotel to be dishonest or incompetent in this manner.
The breakfast we did get was satisfactory, but could have been better quality for the price the hotel charges for a stay.
I was bitterly disappointed with this hotel, especially given the Hilton branding which I took as a quality assurance. My stay was lovely because Seattle is a fantastic city. I will be back to Seattle, but you’ll need me in a coffin to get me to revisit this dreadful hotel.
