"The floor in my room was dirty it looked like it have not been vacuumed for months. The table was not cleaned up it was like someone ate a minute ago and left breadcrumbs and soda sticky spots where everywhere. Poor breakfast selection. Beds had clean sheets and were very comfy."

"Clean rooms, pool/hot tub. Quiet property. Continental breakfast. There is not a breakfast voucher for the restaurant."

"Decent rooms. Did not smell of smoke. Next to casino that seemed pretty empty midweek. Local Mexican restaurant in camp verde was packed and the food proved why. Excellent. Nearby national forest and sedona only 20 minutes away made this a fun bike riding / hiking/exploring base camp."

"First, there is no where to put Heat Sensitive items several hours before check in. I wasn’t in the position to pay and extra 40.00 for 1 hr early check in, that started me not feeling welcome. Next when I did check in, the room looked like they hadn’t cleaned and dusted, I spilled some water on the floor, cleaned it up with one of the white wash cloths towels and it was black from the floor. The bathtub rubber stopper had mold on it, the sink faucet/ filthy and gross, the beds were...

"The only unexpected thing to mention was the Hilton trying to get us to go to a 1 1/2 hour seminar , time share style . To purchase future stays at Hilton resorts . So be prepared for that . Also , rooms with a view of the surrounding red rocks are at a minimum."

"Location of property is excellent, it is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. No need to really drive to go explore from here. Resort area is quite and safe to be out and about. Rooms could use an upgrade though, the furniture, paint and shower look quite outdated. Even if the look is to be rustic it needs some TLC."

"The staff was very helpful when checking in.. the room was nice, A/C very loud and couldn’t really control it.. but we managed.. firm bed and the pillows were not good at all."

"The property was easy to get to with access to Sedona and Oak Creek. I may have missed it, but I didn’t realize there was a $15 a day parking fee. The staff was very friendly and helpful as far as recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The room was pretty clean, although there was what appeared to be mold in the shower. Knowing what I know now, I would stay there again."

"Well worth it! The price point was affordable, but the location, cleanliness of the rooms, pool access all made it feel like one of the big resorts. Staff were helpful and it was awesome to be central to everything we needed. It was also quiet at night though it's off the main road. I'd recommend to anyone and would also stay another time!
