"I love staying here when I have a flight the following day. It's very high end and comfortable and quiet and super-convenient for Terminal 5 departures. .The toiletries are Balmain. The only thing I'd comment on is the fact that there are no electric outlets by the bed, so you can't have your phone ..."

"Excellent access to and from terminal four. Check-in staff were great. The additional charge for an early check-in was a little bit excessive however, Mandi at the front desk was phenomenal. She even helped when there was an issue with an adaptor for the electrical port for international users."
