"Lovely modern room (two double beds). Good storage. Hair dryer, towels and toiletries provided. Decent kitchenette. Great distance to Disney. Local shops nearby for food. Pool was a great addition. Nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is in a great location. The pool is lovely. Staff were helpful. The room was only cleanish. Bedding and everything was clean, but a lot of dust and missed bits. The drains were clogged. The worst thing was no room service. Even with a a kitchenette, in a hotel I expect them to clean. This is likely why things had slipped."

"The room was more like a studio apartment, which was one of the few positives.It was clean with basic essentials. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor, especially regarding the €90 deposit. At check-in, I was told the deposit had to be paid by credit card only. This was not clearly stated in the booking policy. I only had debit cards, so I had no choice but to pay with it. I did not have breakfast because €12.50 per person was not worth the price.The selection was basic:...

"Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer, somit war es (noch) in gutem Zustand und von der Größe her ausreichend (hier und da war es etwas staubig). Das Frühstück ist das Geld nicht wert. Es gibt jeden Tag das gleiche: nur zwei Sorten Wurst (Salami, Schinken), das Rührei hat noch sehr flüssig ausgesehen (und das jeden Tag). Es gibt keine Brötchen. Die Säfte waren sehr wässrig. Das Personal ist sehr langsam beim Auffüllen. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Neben dran ist ein sehr großes Einkaufszentrum...
