When I voiced my concerns, they do not take criticism, they started to blame my kids in their response, which shows how much they care about their customer relations.
Wifi didnt work in rooms.
Bracelets are not accepted on all facilities, still need to carry your bracelets and your card.
Even small amenities like iron, tooth paste/brush... are cost extra.
There are nothing around the resort to do.

"Room was larger than average, it actually was more like a suite with two rooms. It had a mini bar which is rare in 3 start hotels. Also location was very good away from touristic locations. Only downside is the TV had almost all channels in Turkish only"
"The welcome process, room amenities, and opportunities are perfect. If you want to stay on your business trip near of Tuyap convention center then the location is very good.
Breakfast is awful, the food is old omelette is with an additional charge. Was surprised that Turkish people in restaurant service are not welcome and do not know the menu. The staff definitely needs very good training."
