"Nice looking hotel. Rooms really nice , bed comfortable, nice bathroom with good shower pressure. Decent wifi speeds. Full English breakfast, loads of choice, we'll presented. Would recommend if you're playing at Dusk till Dawn poker club, 15 min drive away. Loads of parking"

"Our room was not as big as expected from the photos and we were overlooking a flat roof with extractor fans continuously on - not so great when we had to have the windows open in the heat and could not get the ac to work. However an extremely helpful receptionist (Jay) gave us a different room a little bit further away which was a little bit bigger and slightly less noisy (thanks Jay 🙂). "I have stayed at the Peacock a few times now as the location is stunning and the rooms never fail to disappoint. They are clean and the bathrooms always have the wow factor. The food in the restaurant is also great, the only downside was the service, we didn’t get our wine for over half an hour and had to ask three times for it from different staff. "Great location. Ideal location for Southwell racecourse. 15 minute leisurely stroll to the racecourse from the accommodation. Our overnight stay was great from start to finish - easy check in, free car parking, clean tidy and comfortable room. Bathroom, including shower, was clean and modern. The sink was on the small side. Good value for money."

"I booked this property cautiously, because it seemed too good to be true...£70 for the suite on the Friday of bank holiday weekend, including dog & continental breakfast! I'm delighted to say that I found a little gem! As an added bonus the food on the Friday evening was delicious & reasonably priced...thankyou!"

"Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. "
